Senior Living and Long-Term Care Databases

Over the course of a decade, Senior Consulting has established proprietary industry databases that are used by our Company and on behalf of clients in conducting RFQ/RFP’s for services, including skilled care mergers and acquisitions. Databases can be purchased for $1,250- 1,750. However, we reserve the right not to sell a database to perceived competitors in certain aspects of our businesses, including mergers and acquisitions. Our databases include:

• Senior Living Operator Database – Primarily consists of Assisted Living, Memory Care and also Independent Living operators. This database contains well over 200 operators and is sorted into four separate worksheets by job function: CEO, COO, CFO and Business Development.
• Lender Database
• REIT (Public and Private)
• Skilled Care Operator Database

We use our databases as part of our services offered or with our partners, but will consider a sale of any of our databases to most lenders or operators.
