Senior Consulting, LLC, engages a deep team to support their services, including nurse managers in multiple states, other operational consulting companies and third party professionals throughout the country, some which are included in our list of long term care strategic partners.

Timothy B. Cassidy, President and CEO – Tim is the President and Owner of Senior Consulting, LLC. From 1986-2002, Tim was an owner/operator/manager of long term care facilities in five states, including skilled nursing facilities. From 2001-2006, Senior Consulting provided rehab, sub-acute, DP-SNF and SNF and other services to hospitals throughout California. In addition to providing skilled nursing consulting, Tim works as a Senior Living Developer through Senior Consulting and other companies he owns or manages in addition to providing merger and acquisition support, advisory services and consulting to lenders, investors and operators.

Stan Burton, SVP Operations – Stan’s experience includes six years as CEO and President of Grace Health Care, a company that managed or operated over 40 skilled nursing facilities. Previously, Stan worked for Life Care Centers of America, the largest private long term care company in the United States with over 225 facilities. During his 23 years with Life Care, Stan was a member of the Board of Directors, SVP of Development, SVP of Performance Management, SVP of Facility Financial Services and VP of Asset Management, among other positions. Stan graduated from Tennessee Technical University with BS and MBA degrees in Business Administration. He resides in Ooltewah, TN, with his wife.

Scott TenBroect, VP Compliance – Scott has a diverse background that includes consulting for over 30 nursing homes and Continuum of Care Retirement Communities in more than fifteen states during the last twelve years. Scott is a licensed nursing home administrator in three states and worked for small operators and one of the largest nursing home operators in the country. He has also served as an administrator in multiple private and non-profit Assisted Living facilities, as well as worked closely with ombudsman programs and AARP lobbying initiatives. With a Master’s Degree in Health Administration, his focus is on gerontology. He resides in Charlotte, NC, with his wife, Julia, and three sons.

Rudy Yandrick, VP Market Analysis – Rudy is the team’s Senior Vice President of Market Analysis. His career spans the fields of communications, risk management and legislative affairs. In the past, he worked as a Senior Editor for a daily newspaper. Over the last ten years with Senior Consulting, Rudy has taken the lead in Senior Living Market Analysis. In the last year he has conducted analysis on skilled care studies in 15 states. Rudy graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Journalism and lives in Mechanicsburg, PA.
